Video creation is paid. Single covers one video and Duo covers two. A separate image trial, if available, does not cover videos.
Is this a subscription?
No. Single includes 1 video and Duo includes 2 videos. Both are one-time purchases with no recurring charges.
When do I use a video from my pack?
One video is used when you generate successfully. Unused videos remain available in your account.
What video resolution do I get?
Each video is an 8-second, 720p vertical MP4.
What happens when a paid generation fails?
If a paid video cannot be created, its credits are returned to your account. If that does not happen, email support.
Are my prompts and generated results private?
Your photos and finished videos are available in your account. We do not put your photo or costume description into payment or analytics records.
